  5. EmPath is designed for the PC connected via a serial port to any of the popular
  6. UNIX systems available (ie. XENIX, UNIX, AIX). It allows the PC to act as an
  7. ANSI terminal. With two keystrokes you can switch from DOS to UNIX and back,
  8. without exiting applications running on either side. You can also transfer
  9. files from one system to the other without formatting floppies or struggling
  10. with conversions. Best of all, EmPath allows you to use both PC and UNIX
  11. applications without utilizing a lot of memory or sacrificing the capabilities
  12. of either application. For instance if your PC supports an attached printer,
  13. you can now use that same printer in UNIX. If your version of UNIX supports
  14. features such as SCO mscreen, you can still use them while running UNIX through
  15. EmPath. And since EmPath requires less than 36 KB of memory, you can still run
  16. applications requiring large amounts of memory. EmPath possesses many other
  17. features too numerous to list.
